EA probably bought the company thanks to it's great and well known games that have being installed in more than 150 million devices around the world, in many different devices such as iPhone, Android, PC and Xbox. Probably EA also bought PopCap to reach a bigger public and bring it to their online store Origin, so I hope they don't take PopCap's games out of Steam, Origin's competition, as they did with Crysis 2.
PopCap is happy about the purchase made by EA and they had made this note, made by their zombies.
