You might remember that the PSN was down for almost a month in the US and Europe and you might think that the PSN service was restored all over the world, but no, it has happen a lot since the PSN was turned off by Sony to protect it from hackers, and they haven't restore the service yet in their own homeland Japan, but why? Well Sony says that they haven't done it because of some problems they have with third party publishers, but this might not be the true because the original cause of the online service to not return in Japan while it did in the whole planet was to have some specific security measures that the authorities were demanding, but well the good thing for Japan is that they might have the best "Welcome Back" program and at least 2 free months of Playstation Plus for the non members and three for the members of the service. We hope to see the service back online before July ends.
